Insurance credentialing for therapists and psychiatric NPs

We handle CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial panel applications so you can start seeing insurance clients sooner.

Getting on insurance panels usually takes 90 to 180 days and involves half a dozen portals that don't talk to each other. One missing date on a CV or a lapsed CAQH attestation can quietly add months. We do the paperwork, submit the applications, and follow up with the payers every week until you're approved. You get a short status email each Friday.

No billing services, no bundles, no long-term contracts. Credentialing is all we do.

Through October 2026: we're taking three clients at $700 (about half rate), including six months of free maintenance. We're a new practice building our first case studies, and the discount reflects that. Half is due at signing, half only after all of your applications are submitted.

How it works

  1. You send documents once. We send a checklist (license, CV, malpractice face sheet, and so on). Photos and scans are fine. This is about 15 minutes of your time and it's the only homework you get.
  2. We prepare and submit everything. Before anything goes out, we check for the things payers reject over: work-history gaps, name mismatches, expired documents. We also check whether a panel is actually accepting new providers in your area before applying, so you don't wait 120 days for a "panel closed" letter.
  3. We follow up weekly. Payers lose applications and sit on them. We call and check status every week and you get a Friday email with exactly where things stand.
  4. You get a handoff sheet. Panels, effective dates, provider IDs, and a calendar of upcoming re-attestation and revalidation deadlines. If you're on maintenance, we handle those too.

About

Areum Medical Solutions is run by David S. Lee in Columbus, Ohio. We work only with behavioral health providers — therapists, counselors, psychologists, and psychiatric NPs — mostly solo and small practices in Ohio.

Because that's the only work we do, we know the details that generalist billing companies miss: Ohio Medicaid's centralized credentialing (one application covers the managed-care plans), which commercial panels are open where, and how Optum handles behavioral health for UnitedHealthcare. When you email, David answers, usually the same day.

Areum (아름) means "beautiful" in Korean. A CircuLoop LLC company. Korean-American owned.
